Terms and conditions of discount coupons for a price reduction

§1 Organizer

1. These terms and conditions define the rules for the promotion “discount coupon for a price reduction” – hereinafter referred to as “Promotion”.
2. The Organizer of the Promotion is FHTM sp. z o.o., ul. Oławska 16, 50-123 Wrocław, NIP: 8971750736, owner of the Militaria.pl brand, hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”.

 §2 Place and duration of the Promotion

1. The promotion is carried out in the Militaria.pl online store and is nationwide.
2. The promotion lasts from June 16, 2020 until further notice 

 §3 Participant

1. Every client of the Militaria.pl store who makes online purchases that are not directly related to his/her business activity can take part in the promotion.

 §4 Promotion Rules 

1. To take part in the Promotion, you must provide an active e-mail address when shopping at Militaria.pl.
2. If within 30 days from the date of purchase, the price for the product in a given order is reduced by a minimum of PLN 10, the customer will receive a discount coupon to the e-mail address provided.
3. The discount coupon is granted for the amount of the discount and can be used within 30 days.
4. In the case of a price reduction for more than one product, the product with the largest price reduction is taken into account in the order.
5. The Participant with the next purchase for an amount at least equal to the original price of the product referred to in §4 sec. 2., can use the received discount coupon by entering its code in the "Discount Coupon" field, which is located on the order cart page.
6. The discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The Promotion does not apply to price promotions.

§8 Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the course of the Promotion must be submitted in writing to the address of the Organizer's registered office with the note “discount coupon for a discount– complaints” or via e-mail to the address zapytania@militaria.pl, not later than 30 days from receiving the discount coupon or from the date on which discount coupon should be granted
2. The date of receipt of the complaint by the Organizer is decisive for keeping the deadline for submitting the complaint.
3. A written complaint should contain the name and surname, name of the account in the KSK through which the application for the Promotion was made, correspondence address, telephone number and a detailed description and indication of the reason for the complaint.
4. Only the Promotion Participant is entitled to file a complaint.

§6 Final Provisions

1. The Regulations of the Promotion are available at the Organizer's office and on the website militaria.pl
2. The Regulations are the only document defining the rules of the Promotion, all promotional and advertising materials are for information purposes only.
3. The Promotion Coordinator on the part of the Organizer is the Promotion and Marketing Department, which can be contacted at the e-mail address zapytania@militaria.pl
4. Any possible disputes arising in connection with the Promotion will be resolved by the Organizer and Participants amicably. If no agreement is reached in this mode within 14 days from the date of a written request by one of the parties to settle the matter amicably, the dispute will be settled by the competent court in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations, about which the Participant will be informed each time.
6. Changes made to the Regulations are binding on the Participant, provided that he/she has been properly informed about these changes and has not terminated participation in the Promotion within 14 days from the date of notification of the changes introduced by the Organizer
7. Information about the change of the regulations will be posted on the website militaria.pl.
