Return with no time limit

Unlimited returns are available for Key Customer Club members. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it after 30 days. Join to KSK now, registration is free and only takes a few seconds. You can create an account here.

If you have made a purchase while logged into your KSK account and want to return a product, then follow the return instructions.

We offer free returns on purchases made on MILITARY.PL. Go to:

and log in to your KSK account, or enter your order number/invoice number if you placed an order without logging in.

In Order History, select the correct order and click Return / Warrainty. Then select Return. Select the returned product, quantity and reason for return. In the next section, you choose the method of return - Paczkomaty 24/7 Parcel Lockers, DHL courier, return at the our own retail stores or shipping at your own expense. Finally, you choose the form of refund, which may depend on the shipping method you choose.

All that's left is to send the package! You can also check the status of your return in the Returns and Complaints page.

Free returns apply only to parcels shipped from addresses within Poland that weigh no more than 30 kg.

30 days to withdraw from the contract

In addition to the exceptions specified in the Act of February 16, 2007 on the protection of competition and consumers, a customer who has purchased goods by mail order from Militaria.pl may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, making a statement in writing, within 30 days from the delivery of the goods. The return of the goods should take place immediately, no later than within 14 days of the declaration. Goods should return in the condition in which they were purchased, along with a photocopy of the proof of purchase, instructions and warranty.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that it is not possible to exchange the returned goods.

Note: The customer is responsible for the diminution in value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

The Consumer may make use of out-of-court ways to resolve complaints and claims. Wanting to take advantage of the possibility of amicable resolution of disputes concerning online shopping, the Consumer can submit his complaint, for example, through the EU online ODR platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

How to prepare a return shipment

Secure the returned products properly - you can send them in the original packaging or in another cardboard box. Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap. If you have the original packaging and paper tags attached to the product, wrap them too. Add a note to your parcel with the return number generated in Returns and Complaints page.. Depending on the return method you have chosen, you can print a shipping label and stick it on the parcel or write the tracking number on the parcel.

Time to return

If you have shopped without registration or in a stationary store, you have 30 days from receipt of the shipment to return it. Loyalty Club members have unlimited returns.

When will you receive a refund

Usually, we will refund up to five business days, up to a maximum of 14 days.

Purchase in retail store

Bring the product back to the stationary store before 30 days from purchase.

Return from abroad

Go to:

In Order History, select the correct order and click Return / Warrainty. Then select Return. Select the returned product, quantity and reason for return. In the next section you choose the method of return - it depends on the previous method of delivery. We only accept returns submitted through our Returns and Complaints area (RMA) - please use our generated waybills.

If delivery was by DHL, UPS or Royal Mail, you are entitled to a free return. Countries covered for return by DHL: Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Countries covered by UPS: Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Luxembourg, Ireland and Denmark.
Countries covered by Royal Mail: United Kingdom. In the Returns and Complaints area (RMA), select return by Spring courier. You have 30 days for the return.

Countries where you will only incur the cost of domestic shipping: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Lithuania and Austria. You have 14 days to return it.

Return from Ukraine

You pay only for shipping within Ukraine! To return goods from Ukraine write an e-mail to kontaktua@military.pl. In the message write your order number and what products you want to return. You bear the cost of return only to the warehouse in Ukraine - we will take care of the rest! You have 30 days to return it.
