Gift cards - terms and conditions

I. Definitions:

1. Publisher - FHTM sp. z o.o., entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the Court of District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Economic Division of the National Court Register, under KRS: 0001007605, NIP: 89717507, REGON: 020921807, place of business and address for delivery, of operations and address for delivery: 16 Oławska St., 50-123 Wrocław, e-mail: zapytania@militaria.pl, tel. +48 71 347 47 00, fax 71 347 47 77.
2. Stationary store - stationary Militaria.pl retail store, full list of stationary stores is available at: https://www.militaria.pl/sklepy.
3. Online store - store available at www.militaria.pl.
4. Gift Card - a bearer card with an individual identification number whose value is equal to the face value printed on it, entitling the User to its redemption and to receive a discount on a purchase of a certain amount at the Publisher's stationary or Publisher's online store.
5. User - the holder of a Gift Card.
6. Unique Discount Code - the code written under the scratch card on the Gift Card, which is necessary to obtain a discount.

II. General Provisions

1. The publisher allows the purchase of Products in the stationary and online Store by means of Gift Cards.
2. The Gift Card funds can be used in the Stationary Stores and in the online store online store www.militaria.pl.
3. The Purchaser transfers funds to the Issuer in an amount corresponding to the value of the Gift Card Gift Card.
4. Gift Cards are available in values of: PLN 50, PLN 100, PLN 200 and PLN 500.
5. The Purchaser or the User is entitled after issuing the Gift Card to purchase products from Militaria.pl offer during the validity period of the Gift Card up to the value of the purchased Gift Card.
6. Under no circumstances may the Gift Card be exchanged for cash (in any form) in whole or in part and is not refundable.
7. The Gift Card is a bearer card, in the case of execution of transactions through the Gift Card in a situation where the User comes into possession of the Gift Card in an unauthorized manner, and the Issuer has no information about this circumstance, such transaction will be valid.
8. The Purchaser or the User shall not be entitled to any claims against the Issuer for loss for any reason or destruction of the Gift Card. The Publisher shall not be responsibility for Gift Cards that are lost or damaged after their transfer to the Purchaser.
9. The Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated, from the moment of its issuance. After the expiration of this period, the Gift Card becomes invalid, and the Purchaser or User shall not be entitled to a refund.

III. Use of the Gift Card

1. The Issuer shall accept for redemption at the Stationary Store only valid and undamaged Gift Cards Gift Cards issued by the Publisher and marked with an individual identification number.
2. In a situation where a Purchaser or User concludes a contract of sale of Products with the Publisher presenting a Gift Card for redemption under the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules, the price due to the Publisher for the Products in such a situation will be reduced by the value of the Gift Card.
3. The use of the Gift Card implies a discount in the amount of the nominal amount placed on the card. Products are issued at a price reduced by the amount of the discount resulting from the exercise of the Gift Card, but the amount on the sales document may not be less than PLN 0.01 (one grosz).
4. When redeeming a Gift Card during the purchase of a Product, the Purchaser or User is not shall not be entitled to receive the rest (difference) when the value of the purchased goods is lower than the the current nominal value.
5. The Gift Card shall not be combined with other discount coupons.
6. The Gift Card may be combined with a discount for KSK Points.
7. Gift Card entitles to free delivery on orders to www.militaria.pl.
8. Gift Card cannot be redeemed partially.
9. Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
10. The Militaria.pl Gift Card is a single-purpose voucher that can be used to purchase of goods and services taxed at 23% VAT rate.
11. The Purchaser or User is obliged to pay the difference in price in cash or by payment card in a situation when the value of the purchased goods is higher than the current nominal value of the Gift Card held.
12. In the event that the price of goods purchased using the Gift Card is higher than its nominal value, the Purchaser or User may use another Gift Card for this transaction.
13. The issuer has the right to refuse to redeem a Gift Card that is damaged to such an extent that the discount code cannot be read.
14. The Regulations are valid for scratch cards issued after 30.08.2021.
15. Goods purchased using Gift Cards are non-returnable.
