We offer free shipping of claimed products. Go to

  • and log in to your KSK account, or enter your order number/invoice number if you placed an order without logging in.
  • In Order History, select the correct order and click Return / Warrainty. Then select Complaint.
  • Select the advertised product, quantity and describe the reason for the complaint. In the next section, you choose the method of return - Parcel Post, DHL courier, return at the retail store or shipping at your own expense. Finally, you choose your preferred form of compensation - refund, repair or replacement.
  • All that's left is to send the package! You can also check the status of your claim in the Returns and Complaints page.


Free returns apply only to parcels shipped from addresses within Poland that weigh no more than 30 kg.

From the time the goods are delivered to the service center, we will determine within 14 days whether the repair will qualify for warranty repair or not and will inform you accordingly. When the claim is accepted by us, we will make the repair and deliver the goods back to you at our expense.


For detailed information on the complaint procedure, please refer to the terms and conditions. The scope of the warranty is specified in the warranty card attached to the product. If the warranty card is not attached to the product - the general rules of warranty apply, that is:

  • The warranty covers only defects arising from causes inherent in the item sold.

  • The warranty period is extended by the time the goods are in service.
  • The purchaser has the right to exchange the equipment for a new one or to receive a cash refund if two repairs are required during the warranty period and the equipment continues to exhibit defects that prevent operation as intended.
  • The warranty does not cover consumables, that is: for batteries, rechargeable batteries, powerbanks, travel fuel, lubricants, waterproofing and other consumables, the properties of which may degrade over time.
  • The term repair does not include activities stipulated in the user's manual, which the user is required to perform on his own.
  • The warranty does not cover damage to the equipment caused by improper use inconsistent with the instructions for use, storage, maintenance, transportation.
  • Independent attempts to repair or alter the equipment will void the warranty.
  • Mechanical damage resulting from the fault of the customer is not covered by the warranty.
  • Damages resulting from force majeure such as atmospheric phenomena, floods, fires, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
  • The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer's rights under the warranty provisions for defects of the sold thing.

The Consumer may make use of out-of-court ways to resolve complaints and claims. Wanting to take advantage of the possibility of amicable resolution of disputes concerning online shopping, the Consumer can submit his complaint, for example, through the EU online ODR platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
