Adventure Food freeze-dried Goulash 135 g

Goulash is a Hungarian dish with beef, potatoes, peas, mushrooms, garlic, sweet peppers and numerous spices. Adventure Food's products retain full flavour and visual qualities to match a traditionally cooked meal.

The dish has undergone a freeze-drying process, so it has a long shelf life and is lightweight, so it won't add extra weight to your luggage.  

Ingredients: 45% potato powder (potato, emulsifier (E471), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (E222), sunflower oil, spice mix (potato starch, paprika powder, rapeseed protein, salt, onion powder, sugar, flavouring, chilli, yeast extract, cumin, pepper, turmeric), milk powder, beef (7%), peppers (4%), peas (3%), glucose syrup, mushrooms (2%), hydrolysed protein (maize, rapeseed), garlic (0.18%)

Method of preparation: Open the bag at the top and unfold the bottom part, removing the oxygen absorber. Pour hot water up to the designated level. Stir the contents thoroughly. Close the bag with the zipper and set aside for 8 minutes. Stir again. Consume directly from the bag.
