Ingredients: 64% cereal crisps (oat flakes, wheat, sugar, sunflower oil, raisins, glucose syrup, coconut (2%), sunflower seeds, almonds (1.00%), coloring (caramel), honey, salt, vanilla, antioxidant (E306)), milk powder, 12% sweetened cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), 8% banana flakes (banana, coconut oil, sugar, banana flavor), sunflower oil, glucose syrup.

Preparation: Open the bag at the top and unfold its bottom part, removing the oxygen absorber. Pour hot water to the designated level. Mix the contents thoroughly. Close the bag with a zipper and set aside for 8 minutes. Stir again. Consume directly from the bag.
