The vegetarian hotpot is a vegetarian dish that consists of potatoes, carrots, leek, corn and garlic. The Adventure Food products retain the full flavor and visual qualities to match a traditionally cooked meal.

The dish has been freeze-dried, so it has a long shelf life and is lightweight, so it won't add extra weight to your luggage.  

Ingredients: 47% potato powder (potato, emulsifier (E471), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (E222)), sunflower oil, soy, milk powder, carrots (5%), corn (4%), leek (4%), hydrolysed protein (corn, rapeseed), glucose syrup, garlic (0.28%), pepper (0.09%).

Preparation: Open the bag at the top and unfold its bottom part, removing the oxygen absorber. Pour hot water to the designated level. Mix the contents thoroughly. Close the bag with the zipper and set aside for 8 minutes. Stir again. Consume directly from the bag.
